HKOTF organizes thematic seminars on organ donation for schools and organizations.

Since 2016, HKOTF has conducted organ donation thematic seminars for secondary schools and partnered with a few organizations, namely Lok Sin Tong, Hong Kong Transplant Sports Association, etc. in some occasions. In recent years, we have started delivering seminars at primary schools using a more interesting approach.

The thematic seminar covers basic knowledge, myths and misconceptions of the public, the current situation and system, as well as case/news sharing. We will also invite specialist doctors as well as organ recipients to share their experiences. Apart from delivering organ donation knowledge, HKOTF wishes to make use of the opportunity to increase our understanding on people’s misconceptions and concerns on organ donation, thereby facilitating our work in cultivating a positive attitude towards organ donation. Seminars can be conducted face-to-face or online to cater for the different needs of schools and organizations. Over 330 seminars have been conducted, of which over 300 were school seminars.

Apart from schools, HKOTF welcomes invitations from corporates and organizations to deliver seminars for them. Interested parties are advised to fill in the form below. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us!
