HKOTF strives to deliver knowledge on organ donation to the younger generation through education. In 2016/2017, HKOTF published “Organ Donation:The Legacy of Love”, a teaching kit available for distribution to secondary schools free of charge in both Chinese and English versions.
The toolkit is intended to help the younger generation develop positive attitude towards organ donation, through collaboration with the education sector. After publishing the toolkit, HKOTF launched a series of activities to promulgate the tool kit and its method of using, including press conference, kick-off ceremony, and the teaching workshop organized for teachers. As of today, the toolkits have been delivered to over 200 secondary schools.
